&lt;p&gt;Happy Wednesday ya’ll! I’ve got a really easy Turkey Breast recipe for you that I came up with last night, and let me tell you… it will make you Slap Yo Mamma! Oh my God!! It was delicious and was gone within minutes. You will love it, it’s considerably healthy, and I promise it couldn’t be easier. Enjoy and Happy Cooking!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I did it..&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;…and so can YOU.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I love you.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;You’ll Need&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;2.5-3 lb Turkey Breast&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1.5-2 Sweet Potatoes&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 Apples&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 Tbsp Butter&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Honey &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Rosemary&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Salt and Pepper&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Olive Oil&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1. In baking dish pour a layer of Olive Oil. Top with Sweet Potatoes and Apples cut into 1 inch cubes. Mix to coat and season with some Salt and Pepper.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. Rub Turkey breast with Butter and get some under that skin too. Season with Salt and Pepper. Drizzle with Olive Oil. Sprinkle over with Rosemary. Drizzle top of breast with Honey to desired sweetness.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. Put dish into pre-heated 375* degree oven and cook for 1.5-2 Hours. Tip: Once skin gets a nice char cover loosely with tin foil. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Once finished let sit for 15 minutes and serve. :)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It’s so easy it’s hard to believe and YOU WILL LOVE IT!&lt;/p&gt;

Spring has Sprung! &lt;p&gt;Spring has Sprung! Why not take some of that sunshine and share it in your home? I decided to brighten up our gloomy and neglected bedroom, by adding a little Daffodil to the palette. If you don’t have any experience painting an interior, it’s as easy as 1-2-3. Below is an easy guide to adding a little color to your abode. If painting isn’t your thing, or you lack space to add it to, why not try getting a couple new throw pillows to wake things up? Or perhaps some new kitchen towels, a new vase with some fresh flowers, or add some paint to that old wooden chair sitting in the corner? These small and easy fixes will add volumes of life and energy to your space as we enter the warm months. You’d be amazed how much a little color can really change your mood and inspire you to look at things with a fresh outlook. Happy painting and Happy Spring!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. Get some painters tape (&lt;a href="http://www.frogtape.com/" title="Frog Tape" target="_blank"&gt;Frog Tape&lt;/a&gt; works best) and carefully tape around the edges of the area you will be painting. Check out the photo above.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. Pick your &lt;a href="http://www.behr.com/Behr/home#vgnextoid=8328ea6621ca5110VgnVCM1000008119fea9RCRD;channel=EXPLORE;view=26" title="Find Your Color" target="_blank"&gt;color&lt;/a&gt;, and with tray and roller (together you can get them very cheap at your local home improvement store) paint away. Begin by painting the edges closest to the tape with a small to medium sized brush. Then start on the main area. There are many different techniques, but I find painting in a “W” pattern works best. Once the first coat is dry you may need to apply a second.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. Carefully remove the Frog Tape and PRESTO! Now just dry and enjoy!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Happy Wednesday everybody! It’s been a very quiet week here at CidDid. A little too quiet as a matter of fact. Apologies for the silence. While mourning the passing of Whitney (which I was surprised to discover effected me more than I would have expected), I caught a horrible Flu!! I haven’t been ill like that in so many years, its hard to remember just how long ago it was. Needless to say CidDidn’t do much of anything. But it is a new day and I am up and about, and happy to be back with you all. I have prepared a smoothie for you today which I think you’re gonna love. I was amazed by how badly I missed my smoothies whilst sick. My body has come to depend on them! Hopefully by now you are implementing them into your routines. And if you haven’t, TRY IT NOW. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;One thing I thought about these past days while CidDid was dark. Not many people are utilizing the &lt;em&gt;YouDid? &lt;/em&gt;option at the right of the page. One of the things I would like to do with it is post some of the things YOU are doing on the page, so others can be inspired by some other ideas or experiments. If you have a story you would like to share, or something exciting you are trying out, &lt;strong&gt;Share It!!&lt;/strong&gt; You can send me your piece at CidRoberts101@GMAIL.COM and be sure to include any pics you want associated with it. &lt;p&gt;I’m sure by now we have all heard about the Ellen/JCPenny/MillionMoms Situation. However, many of you may not have had the chance to see what Bill O’Reilly had to say about it, and I just had to share it with you. Not only because I think what he is saying is important and right, but because there is a lesson in it for all of us. No matter what our beliefs or our political views, theres is enough room for all of us to have a voice. Even though I may not agree with Mr. O’Reilly 99.9% of the time, and I sometimes think his methods are extremely inappropriate, often times one sided and discriminatory, I think it’s commendable he is able to separate opinion from unjust action against a person or group. Is there someone or something in our lives that makes our blood boil or bothers us consistently? Is it possible we can look at it, or them, from a different perspective? Perhaps they can surprise us. Let’s try to be a little more open today.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Good Morning Everyone! Hope you are as grateful for Tuesday as I am. This morning I have a smoothie for you, though you might be asking “Why is it purple?” Well, last week I noticed that I had allowed myself to get very repetitive and lazy when it came to picking ingredients for my smoothies. Over time I slowly got more and more comfortable with the standard ingredients of Kale, Romaine, Spinach, Bananas, Apples, etc.. So I made a decision to &lt;strong&gt;GET CRAZY!! &lt;/strong&gt;This week it’s all a bout getting creative and working those vegetables, and other greens back into our smoothies. They may take a little more work finding at the grocery store this time of year, and perhaps sometimes slightly more time preparing, but don’t you think it’s worth it? Like BeingBreezy said this week about her home, we can say about our smoothies.. “Does it represent who you are right now, or someone you used to be?” Let’s mix it up and feed ourselves some new inspiration. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;LET’S GET SLOW..COOKIN’!!!!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Happy Friday guys! Today we are using our Slow Cooker (also known as &lt;em&gt;Crock Pot&lt;/em&gt;), and I thought I would share this &lt;strong&gt;SUPER EASY &lt;/strong&gt;and &lt;strong&gt;SUPER QUICK&lt;/strong&gt; recipe with you. It’s an awesome roast that can be served with a couple sides of your choosing, and will have you and everyone smiling and coming back for more. Guaranteed. ENJOY!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Start with a Beef Chuck Roast from the store. Very inexpensive and packed with flavor. We used one around 3.5lbs, but use whatever size you’d like. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Give the roast a quick rinse and pat dry with paper towel. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Coat it with some flour, shake it off, and put it in heated pan with 1 medium chopped onion, olive oil, and a little butter.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Lightly brown the meat, and once its got a little crust, throw it into the cooker along with all the onions, 4-6 smashed cloves of Garlic, and some Beef Stock.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Almost done! &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Continue by deglazing the pan with about a cup of white wine, and when finished pour the mixture into the cooker as well.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Throw in a bay leaf, and place the lid on.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Cook on low for 7-8 hours and ENJOY!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Hope you love it as much as Dylan and I do.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;IT”S FEBRUARY!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Happy Wednesday and Happy February Everybody! I hope the week has been great to you so far. Have you had a chance to try a &lt;em&gt;Green Smoothie? &lt;/em&gt;If not it isn’t too late. I have put together a first day of the month recipe for you, and I know you’re gonna love it! How is the “sweating” project going? Had a chance to put together your vision board yet? Still composting? We have had the chance to talk about so many exciting things in the past few weeks, and while I know it can be daunting deciding to start so many new things, It can sometimes be easier to choose just one to give a try, and work your way up from there. Go over some of our musings, see which one excites you the most, and &lt;em&gt;PUT IT INTO ACTION! &lt;/em&gt;As always I am here if you have any questions or want to share your thoughts. I hope the coming month brings you an abundance of joy and inspiration. I can’t wait to hear about it. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Happy Tuesday to you! I hope you&amp;#8217;re doing great so far this week and have had time to sweat or whip up a green smoothie for yourself. I decided to take a walk to the park and spend some time clearing my mind and letting go of some emotional leftovers I no longer have space for. I&amp;#8217;ve long been wanting to meditate, and for me this park bench, with the cool breeze in my ear, is the closest thing I know to it. It is so important for us all to take a little time to stop and breathe! Perhaps you are an expert on medititation, as some of my friends are, but if not it is this simple&amp;#8230; Find a spot to stop and sit or lay, close your eyes, and breathe. In and out&amp;#8230;. In and out&amp;#8230;&amp;#8230; In and out. Just try to focus on the breathe and nothing else. Feel it fill your lungs, and feel it empty out of you. With each exhale you will feel weight being lifted, and with each inhale you will feel hope, inspiration, and love come in. Take a few minutes today and try it!! If all of us do it, imagine the shift in energy we can create, TOGETHER. All of us. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Happy Sunday Everybody! I hope you’ve had a chance to throw together your &lt;em&gt;Vision Board&lt;/em&gt; by now and are ready for a fantastic week. So, today’s inspiration comes from the one and only Olivia Newton John and her kick ass PHYSICAL video. How can you watch this and not want to sweat? I have decided the time is right to get myself moving and my body sweating. I am hoping you can commit sometime this week to join me. I will begin the workout program &lt;em&gt;INSANITY &lt;/em&gt;tomorrow. I have done it once before and it is INCREDIBLE. I realize not all of you will be ready to take on such an intense challenge, however, I KNOW that we can all push ourselves physically in someway. Maybe for you it is simply getting out of the house for 30minutes and taking a walk around the neighborhood, while jamming out to your favorite playlist on your iPod. Or dusting off that jump rope for a 15 minute workout in your living room while watching &lt;em&gt;The View &lt;/em&gt;or &lt;em&gt;American Idol.&lt;/em&gt; Whatever works for you, DO IT!! Lets commit to sweating some this week, and by doing so pump out some new inspiration for ourselves. I know it can be difficult, trust me I do, but our bodies want to work, they crave it! And when we give our bodies what it wants we are given so much power, enlightenment, clarity, and energy. Lets do it and see what presents itself to us. &lt;/p&gt;

My vision for myself has become a little blurry. What to do next? What to share now? Where to go from here? Then I realized something. My Vision Board isn&amp;#8217;t updated. I made my current vision board months ago, and to my surprise almost everything I put on it, I GOT! Sound to good to be true? Why don&amp;#8217;t you try making one for yourself and see what happens? Fill it with things you want right now, or in the near future, and BE SPECIFIC. New job? More money? New inspiration? Somewhere you wanna go? A pair of jeans you&amp;#8217;ve had your eye on?  A skill you want to acquire? ANYTHING YOU WANT! Take some time this weekend, give this gift to yourself, hang it somewhere you will see it a lot, and get ready to receive! I can&amp;#8217;t wait to hear what you think. &lt;/p&gt;

Today I am in Lakewood, NJ helping Dylan&amp;#8217;s mom Debbie (who&amp;#8217;s take on gluten free living I am looking forward to sharing with you in the coming month) move into her new home. While carrying boxes, mirrors, furniture, and pillows into the new place I felt a rush of contentment and happiness come over me. The power of being of service! I had to share the experience with you this morning, and ask a question&amp;#8230;. When was the last time we were of service to another person? This could be anything from taking some time to help a friend with a project they may not be able to do alone, to something as simple as letting the lady with two screaming kids in line at the grocery store cut ahead of us. Imagine how these small contributions of our time and patience can change a person&amp;#8217;s day. Their experience of the world at that moment is TRANSFORMED! Imagine if all of us were of service at some point today, no matter how small the contribution, how huge an impact we can have on the world around us. Can you try it today? I&amp;#8217;d love to hear about it.&lt;/p&gt;
