IT”S FEBRUARY!
Happy Wednesday and Happy February Everybody! I hope the week has been great to you so far. Have you had a chance to try a Green Smoothie? If not it isn’t too late. I have put together a first day of the month recipe for you, and I know you’re gonna love it! How is the “sweating” project going? Had a chance to put together your vision board yet? Still composting? We have had the chance to talk about so many exciting things in the past few weeks, and while I know it can be daunting deciding to start so many new things, It can sometimes be easier to choose just one to give a try, and work your way up from there. Go over some of our musings, see which one excites you the most, and PUT IT INTO ACTION! As always I am here if you have any questions or want to share your thoughts. I hope the coming month brings you an abundance of joy and inspiration. I can’t wait to hear about it.

FEBRUARY 1ST SMOOTHIE
2 cups Spinach
2 leaves Romaine
3 medium Carrots
2 Bananas
2 Apples
1 Pear
1 Orange
6 Strawberries
1 cup Blueberries
1/2 cup OJ
2 cups Water
Blend Well and ENJOY
