ALONE IN THE PARK

Happy Tuesday to you! I hope you’re doing great so far this week and have had time to sweat or whip up a green smoothie for yourself. I decided to take a walk to the park and spend some time clearing my mind and letting go of some emotional leftovers I no longer have space for. I’ve long been wanting to meditate, and for me this park bench, with the cool breeze in my ear, is the closest thing I know to it. It is so important for us all to take a little time to stop and breathe! Perhaps you are an expert on medititation, as some of my friends are, but if not it is this simple… Find a spot to stop and sit or lay, close your eyes, and breathe. In and out…. In and out…… In and out. Just try to focus on the breathe and nothing else. Feel it fill your lungs, and feel it empty out of you. With each exhale you will feel weight being lifted, and with each inhale you will feel hope, inspiration, and love come in. Take a few minutes today and try it!! If all of us do it, imagine the shift in energy we can create, TOGETHER. All of us.
